Geaux Tigers!

41-14 LSU!!!

While my blood runs orange, there's enough of a purple tinge to make me thrilled that LSU wiped the field last night with Notre Dame.

At least one of my teams won their bowl game.

If anyone missed the game, it was a good example of why SEC football is the best in the country. Notre Dame looked like a measely little high school team compared to the Tigers.

I'll probably get hate mail for this, but I really can't stand Notre Dame. Sure, they're the Fighting Irish and have all the traditions, but usually, they're one of the most overranked teams in the nation. Yeah, I've seen Rudy, but get over it. Past glory shouldn't affect current BCS standings. Which are once again proven to be BS once again with Boise State. Grrr...where's our playoff system?

Sadly, the new year means that college football is over. Sniff, sniff.

Right on! Every time I see ND and their ridiculiously high ranking an inner chant of "over-rated" comes into my mind.

I'd be pulling for just about any SEC team in just about any bowl game (there are exceptions), but it's extra sweet to beat Notre Dame.

I just have one thing to say: GO GATORS!!!! :)
